Life

Rohan is crawling into everything now. He races to the top of the stairs and looks down just trying to figure out how to get down. He can make it UP the stairs faster than I can make a bottle. Yes, he is bottle fed now because one day he just woke up and decided he was done breastfeeding. As predicted his first word was "Bella" its actually "bawa", followed by "Dada", He says "daw" for dog and "de" for cat. Only when crying like always in the car does he say "mamamama" He has 6 teeth, 4 of which came in all at the same time! His hair is very blonde and its growing in nicely. He sleeps through the night (knock on wood), loves dogs, and loves to eat (he gets that from me).

It's in the Blood

When I first married Greg I would tell people Greg was happiest when a board was attached to his feet. Then I began to wakeboard followed by surfing, followed by snowboarding, followed by skateboarding! When Rohan sees a board he starts kicking his legs in a "put me down frenzie" The point being it's like a disease without any cure!

Baby Proofing

Sometimes its just too late and I just have to grab the camera. At least the water was fresh. Isn't it funny how Bella is always there just watching?

Hiking at Mt Charleston

This was a four hour hike round trip.













Rohan did really well. He had two naps.













Bella had surgery on her ACL so I carried her in a hip pack.

Warm clothes and First haircut

It got really cold one weekend and Rohan didn't have any warm clothes. So we went on a shopping spree.













This is the desert behind the house. We went hiking (it was that fussy time in the evening.) Where's Bella?

Rohan has started to crawl commando.














I was working in the kitchen while Rohan wandered around in his walker. I noticed that he was way too quiet and this is what I found....













He spends a lot of time in the walker. This was that really cold weekend at the 1st part of October.













I put him in the laundry basket to contain him for a bit and he loved it.
